If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation within 24 hours, and we will cancel it. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Exchange & Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of having received your order. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to return your order. Make sure to include the return packing slip. If you have received a defective item, we want to know. Please contact us for further support.
If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

- Products are damaged by misuse or mishandling.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, etc.
- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
- All sales are final after 30 days from the receival.
- This is a custom item that was not manufactured by or in any manner associated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer. Our custom jersey which is independently produced and designed carries no professional sports league designation or brand.
